Summary

The easiest way to identify a compatibility view issue is the appearance of TRAKiT when you log in and see your workspace.

If you see this, the setting is INCORRECT. The Bulletins, RSS, Dashboard, Gadgets are all scrunched into the middle of the screen. This means Compatibility mode is enabled and we need to DISABLE it.

If you see this the setting is CORRECT. The below image looks more organized and makes more sense. To fix this issue follow the steps below 

Steps

1. In internet explorer click on the gear in the top right corner then click on “Compatibility View Settings”

2. A menu will pop up, simply UNCHECK the box “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” and click close.
 

This solution will cure a lot of the issues with TRAKiT not feeling or looking right.
