Summary
Tree ROE managers may come across parcels that are eligible for the program, but not in do not have a case created. In this instance managers can create the case attached to the parcel.
NOTE: Only managers can make this change, if you identify someone who should have this functionality and doesn’t contact [email protected].
Steps
1. In TRAKiT search for the APN you need to add a record to and then select Parcel
2. On the GEOTRAK record click the white down arrow in the grey box and then select Add Record
3. On the Add Record popup in Create New select Case linked to this record
4. After selecting Case linked to this record your menu will change to have the case particulars available.
Set Record type to: Tree Debri
Set Record Subtype to: Hazard Tree Removal Program Required
Check that Prefix has been filled with: TRDR
Leave Case Name blank:
Number of Records: 1
5. Select Add
6. In the Case Officer Choice menu leave the officer name as AAAABLANK and make sure you UNCHECK the box for Assign Officer
7. END your case has been created
