Summary

This tutorial will guide you in adding an Exchange account to your Android phone. Adding this account will update your calendar, email, and contacts using information provided by Butte County.


Steps

1. Open your phone Settings and navigate to Accounts.



2. Select Accounts



3. Select Exchange.



4. Enter your full Butte County email address and password when prompted



6. Select Next to finish setting up your email.



7. You will be notified once the email verification process is complete. Select Done in the bottom right corner of your screen. 



8. Gmail will ask you to allow mailbox permissions. Select Accept to continue.



9. Microsoft Exchange should now be added to your list of accounts. Your phone will be updated with your work contacts and other Butte County Exchange services information.
