Summary
This tutorial will guide you in adding your Outlook email information to your Android phone to use Butte County email services. This version of outlook is intended for users who have a Microsoft Office 365.
NOTE: You will need to have your Butte County Exchange account added to your list of accounts in the Android.
Steps
1. Ensure you have the Outlook application downloaded from the Google Play store. Open the application and select Get Started.
2. The Outlook app will notify you that an Exchange account has been found. Butte County does not currently have Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities active for this feature. Uncheck this box and select skip continue manually inputting your account information.
3. Enter your full Butte County email address and select Continue at the bottom right of the screen. Next, enter your Password and select Sign in.
4. Finally, be sure to switch your inbox toggle in the top left from Focused to Other. This will ensure that Outlook does not accidently filter important emails. You are now ready to use your Outlook email on your Android phone.
