Summary

In order to join a Skype meeting you will need to be logged into Outlook and Skype and have the meeting invite available.

Please direct any issues to your supervisor or IS team.

 

Steps

  1. From your meeting invite in Outlook click on Join Skype Meeting.


2. If this is your first time joining a Skype meeting you may be prompted to ‘Join Meeting Audio’.  Select ‘Use Skype for Business (full audio and video experience) and put a check in the box ‘Don’t Show this again’ then select ‘OK’

 

3. After joining if your microphone is not muted please mute by clicking the microphone icon
