Summary
This guide addresses how to change the voicemail lines for our Building, Code and Planning lines. The call in greeting for our main line for the tree operates differently and will be provided in another guide.
Notes
It is best to have a script prepared prior to attempting to change your greeting.
The PIN resets every 90 days, contact IS to have this setup when needed.

Steps
1. Dial 552-3000
2. Press *
3. Enter your extension (see above table)
4. Enter your pin (see table above) then #
5. Say “Personal Options” or wait until the voice input times out and sends you to the button prompt and press 2
6. Press 1
7. Follow the prompts to change the recording.
