This tutorial will guide you in creating a Webex account. Webex is a common communication platform between Butte County employees and the public.
Steps
1. Open the account creation web page using this link https://bit.ly/2WUp8xf. Enter your Butte County email in the text box and click Sign Up.
2. Retrieve the 6-digit code from the email you are using to sign up the new account.
3. Enter your first and last name and ensure your Country/Region is set to United States then click continue.
4. You will receive an automatic email in your Butte County mailbox with information about your account.
5. Selecting the Join "Your Name" now button will lead you to the log in page.
6. You are given options to download the app, start a meeting, schedule a meeting, or continue in your browser.
7. Continuing to you browser will bring you your dashboard. You have successfully created an account with Cisco Webex.
