Summary
This fix will address issues with File Explorer not responding, or constantly spinning circle problems. This is usually related to the Quick Access menu and often a file in the quick access that is no longer reachable, or too many menu items.

Steps
1. Open File Explorer in any manner that doesn’t load the Quick Access menu. Often this is as simple as clicking on a folder from the desktop that takes you into a specific location like ‘Laserfiche Shortcuts’. Right-click on Quick Access. From the drop down menu select Options.
2. Within the General tab, navigate to the Privacy section and click Clear. Then click Apply. Then click OK.
Close File Explorer and reopen to the Quick Access menu
