Summary

This tutorial will guide you in using the advanced search function in Trakit to search for specific criteria. We can use this search to find and export NCDR insurance information.

 

Steps

  1. Log in to your Trakit account and navigate to the Advanced Search option in the top middle of the web page.
  2. Click on the Shared Search options.
  3. Click on NCDR Insurance Yes or No depending on what list you want.

  


4. You will be redirected to the Advance Search page you chose within Trakit. Click Search in the bottom right hand corner to run the report.


 

5. You will be redirected to a new window within Trakit. This windows contains the report information. To export the report, click Export in the top middle of the screen, then click Save.



You have successfully exported the report and will now have a list of all debris removal cases that do or do-not have insurance marked.
