This tutorial will guide you in locating your IP address assigned to you by Global Protect. This address will aid your IS staff in assisting you when encountering issues with your off site machine.
Steps
1. Open Global Protect and sign in using your Butte County credentials.
2. Once you have signed in successfully, click on the Settings Menu in the top right of the Global Protect window.
3. A new window will appear. Navigate to the Connection tab in the top of the window. Within this windows next to the Assigned Local IP line is the information you are looking for. Present this number to your IS staff.
