This tutorial will guide you in editing your signature within Microsoft Outlook. Your signature is a customized section of personalized information will be shown at the end of an email. You are given a multitude of options such as fonts, colors, text styles, and hyperlinks to customize your signature however you wish.

 

Steps

1. Open Outlook and select the New Email option within the home tab.


 

2. Next, navigate to the include section in the top row of options and select Signature. Select the signatures option from the drop down box.


 

3. A new window will appear. From here you can edit your email signature. You can customize the font and style of text as well as include hyperlinks to your contact information or web pages within your signature. You are also able to create more than one signature and alternate between them if you choose.


 

4. Select OK in the bottom left corner of the Signatures and Stationary window to complete your edits. The signature you have selected will be available to view at the bottom of your next sent email.
