Summary
This tutorial will guide you in changing your department voicemail box. Divisions within Development Services possess a voicemail box which members of the public may leave messages if their call is unanswered.
Steps
1. Dial the phone number: 552-3000.
2. You will be prompted to enter the number of the voicemail line you wish to change. Enter the last four digits of your divisions main line. For example, the Planning division public line is 552-3701, so we will enter 3701 to change the Planning voicemail box.
3. You will then be asked to provide a PIN number to provide access to voicemail options.
NOTE: Your divisions PIN number will change every couple of months. Contact the communication department (COMs) and request the voicemail PIN for your division.
4. Once you have entered your PIN number you will then be provided with voicemail box options. Follow the instructions and proceed to make any desired changes.
