Summary

This tutorial will guide you in updating the Chronology section of the case within Trakit. The chronology section is a timeline which tracks the process and steps that the case has gone through. Webex moderators need to track their time related to nuisance abatement hearings both before and after the hearing takes place.

 

Steps

1. Begin by signing into the Trakit user portal using your Butte County credentials: http://trakit/TRAKiT/default.aspx

 

2. Search for the case number of your hearing using the search bar at the top of your screen. Select Go. For this example, we are going to use case number CE18-01598.


 

3. Scroll down to the Chronology section. You may need to expand the menu using the expansion arrow to the far right of the chronology row.


4. You will see a window of events that have taken place. Select Add Actions to continue.

 

5. If you need to put in your time for abatement hearing preparation scroll down to the Webex Hearing Prep action with a time of 1 hour. Add the note below.

 

PREPERATION FOR HEARING INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING:

SEND HEARING PACKET TO HEARING OFFICER AND OPPOSING COUNSEL VIA USHARE, 

PUT HEARING PACKET AND SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS IN PROPER HEARING FOLDER, 

UPLOAD HEARING PACKET TO WEBEX, 

UPLOAD FLIGHT PHOTOS TO PROPER FOLDERS.

If you need to put in your time for abatement hearing moderation scroll down to the Webex hearing Moderation action with the total length of time of the hearing rounded up. Add the note below.

6. You will see the changes you have made in the chronology list.
