Summary

This tutorial will guide you in changing your team call group settings within the Skype for Business application. A team call group member may answer calls for you and your calls will be forwarded to people in this list.

 

Steps

1. Open the Skype for Business application and navigate to Tools under the dropdown arrow next to the settings icon.



2. Select Call Forwarding Settings.


 

3. A new window will appear. Now select Edit my team-call group members.


 

4. Now select Add.


 

5. Input the information of the person you wish to add to your group. Then click OK.



6. You will now see the user in your Team-Call group list. Click OK to close the window.


 

7. You will now need to select the call group in the “Simultaneously ring” list. Click the drop-down box and select My Team-Call Group.



You have completed adding a user to your Team-Call Group list.
