Steps
- Once you have the meeting information, follow the URL and type in your information to join the meeting. Then click Join Now.
2. You will be brought to a pre-meeting window to allow you to test your audio equipment.
3. At the bottom of your screen located the Start video button and select the drop-down button to open the Video options.
4. A small pop-up window will appear. Select Change virtual background
5. From here, you are presented with options to preview for your virtual background. To add a new one click on the box that has a plus sign on it.
6. Select the file you want to add for your background. Click Open
7. Now you can see the new background you have uploaded.
8. Click Apply to select your new Virtual Background.
9. Next, close out of the Video Options window using the X button.
10. Now your settings of the Virtual background are set. When you Start Video, your new Virtual Background will appear.
