Summary
When we need to encrypt an email for sensitive information such as: credit card numbers, social security numbers, and other sensitive data.
Note: There are two steps on how to encrypt an email.
Option 1
Steps
1 Launch Outlook and press New Email.
2. On the subject line be sure to type [secure] then what you planned to write on the subject line.
Option 2
Steps
1. Launch Outlook and press New Email.
2. On the tabs in the top be sure to press the options tab and press the Encrypt choice.
