Summary
This tutorial will guide you in operating the Voicemeeter application. This application is used for selecting multiple sound output/input devices simultaneously.

VoiceMeeter Settings
Hardware Output 1 (A1): Trainer’s headset
Hardware Output 2 (A2): Trainee’s headset
No hardware input. (See Skype for Business settings)
Skype for Business Settings
Custom Device settings need to be applied to the Skype for Business audio device options.
Speaker: Select the VoiceMeeter (mixer) application. Skype will forward system sound through the mixer and into both connected headsets.
Microphone: Skype will not use the mixer to record audio and instead will use normal settings. Selecting the mixer in this case will cause any audio input to be echoed through the trainer’s headphones.
