Summary

This guide is designed to assist you in testing various fee schedules within TRAKiT. Modifying the fees list will only impact your current session. Please pay close attention to the notes in this guide regarding reverting the fee schedule to its original form before proceeding with your regular work or after completing the testing process.

Steps

1. Go to 7 County Center Drive, 031-040-045 and find or create the type of permit/project/case you want to test.
 
 

 

NOTE: As you know this is our primary testing property for the last couple of years, so you will see lots of options to choose from, but make a new one if you need.

 

2. While on your fee test permit scroll down to Financial Information and click ADD 


 

 

4. Once you have the Add Fees popup click the Schedule date

 

 

 5. You will see this warning.  Click YES
 

 

5. From the Select a Schedule drop down select 20240101_V1

 

 

6. Check that it is reflected up top in the pop up


 

 

7. Now add fees, these numbers should be the 2024 approved Master Fee Schedule changes. If you find it useful you could add 2023 fees, then add 2024 fees and compare them side by side.

 

8. Confirm they are correct.
 
 
NOTE: WHEN YOU COMPLETE TESTING REVERSE THE CHANGE AND GO BACK TO THE 2023 SCHEDULE BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY FURTHER BUSINESS IN TRAKIT. YOU WILL CHARGE INCORRECT FEES ON ACTUAL PERMITS IF YOU DO NOT REVERT PROPERLY.
