Summary

This tutorial will guide you through the process of changing the priority order of your Kuando busy light. Changing the priority of applications will notify your busy light to use certain application status' over another. For this example, we will change our busy light application to prioritize our Outlook status first over other applications. 

Steps

1. Use Windows desktop search to find the Kuando HUB application.


2. Select Platform Priorities in the left column.


3. Add Outlook Presence to the priority list, select Add Priority. If you already have Outlook Presence in your prioritization list, please skip to step 5.


4. Using the dropdown arrow to make your selections, change your source/platform to Outlookevent type to Presence, and ensure In a meeting is checked Then click OK.


5. Use the Up arrow to move the Outlook Presence to the top of the list. This will ensure Kuando uses the Outlook status for the busy light. Your changes will be saved automatically. Exiting the application windows will minimize the application to the task tray. 


NOTE: The Kuando app must be active in the task tray to communicate with your busy light.


6. You have successful modified your prioritization.
