Summary
The Pulse Components installed from the previous version are having issues with the new version. Users with this specific issue will be presented with the error shown below after they are logged into the web portal and after they chose their RDP/Terminal Services selection.

Steps
1. Uninstall all of the following Pulse components.
2. After removing all three, re-launch the Terminal Services session (no need to log off and back on first). As soon as the window pops open, don’t wait, quickly click the “Download” button. This will force a new installation of the 3 components and allow a connection from then on.
