Summary 

This guide will show you how to change your password on the Accela Civic Platform. 

Steps

  1. Select the Launchpad.

  1. Go to All Pages.

  1. Select Preference Management.

  1. Select Change Password.

  1. After filling out your Old Password and New Password, Select Submit.

  1. You have successfully changed your password!
